Jon-Vincent (Jonjon) Morales is a results-driven performance coach who blends science with hands-on experience. With a B.S. in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition from the University of Utah, Jon brings a highly qualified, evidence-based perspective to every session.
A NASM-certified professional since 2017, he holds advanced credentials in Hyrox coaching, Pain-Free Performance, and nutrition. His versatile background covers everything from hybrid training and functional strength to marathon prep and bodybuilding.
Jon’s approach is focuses on build strength without pain and create habits that last. He is deeply invested in your progress, focusing on the mindset shifts and physical transformations that improve your overall quality of life.
