At Konvoy Training, clients can expect a clear, structured path toward their goals, guided by intentional coaching that meets them where they are and moves them forward with purpose. Every session is tailored to the individual—focused on proper movement, progressive strength, and long-term results. A consultation at Konvoy Training is the starting point—it’s where we get a clear understanding of who you are, where you’re at, and where you want to go. It’s a focused conversation paired with a movement assessment to establish your baseline and identify any limitations, imbalances, or areas of opportunity.
During the consultation, we’ll ask questions around your goals, training history, lifestyle, nutrition habits, injury history, and what’s worked (or hasn’t) for you in the past. This helps us build a program that’s not just effective, but realistic and sustainable for you. From there, we run a movement assessment to evaluate how your body moves—looking at mobility, stability, control, and overall mechanics. This gives us a clear starting point so we can design a plan that improves performance, reduces risk of injury, and sets you up for long-term progress.
